Alfred Lorenzo Guerrero, 80
In loving memory of our father and grandfather, Alfred Lorenzo Guerrero, 80, who passed away Jan. 18, 2013, a kind and generous man devoted to his wife and family.
He was born Sept. 22, 1932. He led an adventurous life, from growing up in Nicaragua to learning various trades.
Al was a lieutenant and detective with the Aurora Police Department in Colorado. He received numerous commendation letters from dignitaries for saving lives.
He served in the Army and Air Force. He loved flying and repairing aircraft, sailing and scuba diving.
His greatest joy was learning the promise from the Bible of a better world ahead. He looked forward to seeing “a paradise earth when the lion and lamb would be at peace” — Isaiah 11:6.
He devoted his life to serving Jehovah God.
He spent his last years with his wife, Anita, in Montana.
Al is survived by his son Sean Guerrero, daughter Tina and Marc Milisavljevich, all of Kalispell, and son Armand Guerrero of Colorado; and grandchildren, Caleb, Milana and Angelina.
A gathering for family and friends will be held at 2 p.m. Jan. 26 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 101 Valley View Court, Kalispell.
