Pedestrian angry with traffic

 The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office got a report Sunday regarding a man walking in the middle of traffic and yelling at passing motorists on U.S. 2 in Evergreen. 

A man calling from Fourth Avenue South in Martin City reported that his girlfriend pushed and hit him, before she called to request assistance from a deputy in getting belongings from the house.

Whitefish Mountain Resort security reported catching a man skiing with a stolen lift pass.

A man calling from South Eighty Drive in the Somers said that his son, who had been drinking, was getting violent.

A man calling from Truman Creek Road said that someone had bought five cell phones from a local store using his account.

A woman calling from West Reserve Drive reported that her ex-boyfriend has been stalking her and sending her insulting text messages. She was advised to get a restraining order.

Monday morning, at about 5:30 a.m., there was a report of a burglary at a coffee and deli business on Rocky Cliff Drive, with the culprit breaking a window and taking money from a tip jar.

 

Kalispell Police got a report Sunday from Seventh Avenue East North regarding someone finding a tan backpack with a tablet computer inside.

Two females were reported stealing makeup from a store on Third Avenue East North.

Early Monday, at about 2:30 a.m., a man was said to be stealing chips, breaking a door and assaulting an employee at a store on Third Avenue East North.

There was a report from Glacier High School regarding a vehicle being vandalized with six eggs on the windshield.

A teenage girl was reported shoplifting from a store on First Avenue East North.

 Columbia Falls Police got a report Sunday from a Ninth Street West resident who said she lent tools to a friend over a month ago and she hasn’t gotten them back.

 Whitefish Police heard Sunday from an East 13th Street resident who said the road was so icy that he couldn’t stand up on it. The road department was sent to check it out.

After a traffic stop on U.S. 93, a man was arrested on warrants.
