Fourth of July fireworks

Thursday’s fireworks shows and parades in Northwest Montana:

Lakeside

v 11 p.m. over Flathead Lake. The show will be simulcast over 107.3 FM starting at 10:30 p.m.

Whitefish

v Show starts at dusk over Whitefish Lake. City Beach is the best viewing area.

Polson

v 10:30 p.m. over the Flathead River on the south side of the U.S. 93 bridge.

Troy

v 11 p.m. in Roosevelt Park.

Parades

Bigfork

v Noon on Grand and Electric avenues.

Kalispell

v 10 a.m., starting on Eighth Street and heading north on Main Street.

Lakeside

v 2 p.m.: Fourth of July Boat Parade in Lakeside Bay.

Polebridge

v Noon in front of the Polebridge Mercantile.

Polson

v Noon on Main Street.  

Troy

v 11 a.m. starting on the St. Regis Haul Road and continuing on U.S. 2.
