Sheriff identifies fall victim

The 18-year-old Kalispell man who died after falling from an 80-foot cliff near Lakeside has been identified as Lukas G. Leigh.

According to Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry, Leigh died of multiple trauma as a result of the fall. A friend of Leigh’s found his body Tuesday morning. 

It is believed Leigh had been attending an underage drinking party at the top of the cliff the prior night.

An investigation into the death is ongoing.
