Monroe James Smiley

Monroe James Smiley, son of John Norwood and Jessica Lee Smiley, was born June 25 at North Valley Hospital.

He weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long.

Monroe joins Jack, 2.
