Man gets probation for pornography
A Kalispell man has been sentenced to five years of probation after pleading guilty to a federal charge of receipt of obscenity.
Dustin Roy Gilpin, 33, was the resident of a home to which an Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigation traced an Internet address offering known child pornography files for download online.
A pair of computers were seized from Gilpin’s home, and pictures generally containing children engaged in sexual activity associated with peer-to-peer file sharing program LimeWire were found on both.
Gilpin was also ordered to pay a $100 fine.
