A suspicious man threatened a security guard at a U.S. 2 East property, driving up to her and her coworker and saying “You’re dead (expletive)s and you’re going to be at the bottom of the river.” The same man was reported to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office for having stopped by earlier, asking about another coworker, when he would be there, and whether they carry guns when on duty. He supposedly smelled of alcohol and had open containers in his vehicle.
An 18-year-old Marion man was reported missing after his mother said she had not heard from him in four days. The man, who had reportedly talked about suicide in the past and was very depressed lately, was described as approximately 6 feet tall, weighing 200 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. He was last seen Sunday, July 7.
