Board to revamp zoning rules
The Flathead County Planning Board will spend the coming fiscal year reviewing county zoning regulations and will hold a workshop June 12 to develop a review process and timeline for the project.
“The board is looking at a project that will be more than just a few small fixes, but less than a full rewrite of the regulations,” Planning Director BJ Grieve said, noting the initial workshop will discuss the overall project and won’t focus on the actual content of the zoning regulations.
Planner Erik Mack will administer this project for the Board; comments, questions or concerns can be emailed to him at emack@flathead.mt.gov.
The workshop begins at 6 p.m. in the second-floor conference room of the Earl Bennett Building, 1035 First Ave. W. in Kalispell.
