Killer Buck dies

One of the most heinous killers in Flathead County history, Joe Buck, died Thursday at Deer Lodge Medical Center.

Buck was serving a life term in the state prison for the savage beating death of Kalispell businessman George Evans in October 2002.

Buck was sentenced in September 2003.

Cause of death has not been determined. An autopsy will be performed.
