Control the borders? Nah, let's control Congress!
Controlled immigration has worked for America. This is self-evident.
Uncontrolled immigration (illegal aliens) has not worked for America. This also is self-evident.
“They” intend to make 11 million (low estimate?) new voting citizens out of illegal aliens even though studies demonstrate that the majority of Americans do not want this amnesty program. It appears “they” don’t heed American citizens’ ideas/opinions/concerns.
Montana has about 1 million citizens/residents. In effect, these 11 million illegals will have the impact of 11 new states on our country... with massive voting power.
This “broken/must fix” problem is all about Dems and Repubs manipulating to become the “savior” of illegals and thus get their collective vote... No other reason. This has been publicly stated.
U.S. imigration is no more broken than what is allowed/created by both political parties. Have you noticed any problem at our northern border?
Do we require all this Hub-Bub to have a reason to secure our border?
Why hasn’t it, as a matter of course, been secure? It’s our American border! Mexico enforces their border. At least for the entrants. Try sneaking into Mexico and demanding “rights”... Good luck!
Do you have a fence at your home... ranch... property? Thereby delineating your home?
Do you have a sign at your business saying “we reserve the right as to whom we serve”?
These are called borders... separating your home (America) from other areas, NOT YOURS.
Without borders, your home/biz/country is open to anyone who chooses... Generally these people are called “trespassers/illegals or maybe worse... murderers/rapists?
Entry without permission is called “Illegal.”
Do you have a screen door on your home? Your house is sorta open but potential entrants are “screened.” They must pass some judgment or check before entering your home. That entry is temporary (repairs, carpet guy, etc.) — entering with permission, but it does not mean permanence... or a say in what goes on in your home (like a vote!).
Nor would you expect or be required to feed, clothe, shelter or provide schooling or health care. Certainly wouldn’t be expected to cover the illegals’ retirement (Social Security).
Some studies show the number of “illegals “ to be 30 million. That is a lot of people to support... with your home budget monies. Maybe you could sacrifice a little of your current or future Social Security to cover the bill?
Both political parties are pushing all this. Further, a skimpy read of the potential amnesty bill reveals that many politicians (both parties) still dont believe in border security! HUH!
These are the same parties agreeing to monitoring your speech, beliefs, cell phones, home phones, business phones, computers, e-mails (incoming AND outgoing) credit purchases, etc. Both parties that are committed to drones watching over you. These same Parties are attempting to commit your Second Amendment rights to the pleasure of our friends at the United Nations. (Have you noticed they mostly seem “united” against the U.S.?) Is this all in the best interest of American citizens?
Government makes the law... appoints the administrators... applies these laws to the detriment of Americans, and then cites that “They” followed the law?
If enough people violate a law (such as illegal entry) then is it changed to being legitimate? Both parties, ignoring the known will of the people, are still pushing amnesty to gain the voting bloc. How important is your opinion/vote to them Do you feel represented?
The immigation problem is not about people in the shadows (that’s their choice). The immigration problem is about manipulation for vote control.
I will not be voting for anyone, any party, any time if they support massive amnesty.
I will not vote for any candidate/party designing to infringe further on Second Amendment rights or other erosion of the Constitution of America which is the supreme law of the land!...
It is time for a third party to put “it” on the line and present their case to America. This party must take a stand. The two current parties do not represent Americans’ best interest... If they do... we are lost anyway.
We are fast becoming voluntary subjects... not free citizens... If a third party loses, then another alternative must be looked at. Perhaps Montana secession is the answer. The legal means have been in place since Montana joined the union.
I suppose the 2014 congressional elections will likely tell the tale... two years before the next presidential election... and the waiving of presidential term limits?
