Deputies hunt for threatening man
Flathead County Sheriff’s deputies are still looking for a man who held a gun to a woman’s head on Hodgson Road in Columbia Falls Wednesday night. According to Sheriff Chuck Curry, the woman was at a friend’s house when a car pulled up in the driveway and a man got out. He then pushed her — making her spill the bowl of cereal she was eating — and pointed the pistol at her head, saying he was going to kill her. He then left.
A student on School Addition Road in Somers was arrested and transported to the Flathead County Juvenile Detention Center after bringing pills to school and passing them out.
A 16-year-old was reportedly throwing chairs and appliances at an Eckelberry Drive home in Columbia Falls.
