Man in alley could be a stalker
A woman on Fifth Street West reported a “weird guy” in the alley laughing and staring at her Saturday night. She told Kalispell Police she has seen the man multiple times and thinks he is stalking her. Police could not locate the man, whom the woman described as older, at least 6 feet tall and wearing a black hoodie and black jeans.
Earlier, people setting off fireworks on Fifth Avenue West agreed to stop after someone complained to police.
