Driver goes off-roading on sidewalk

Kalispell Police Department officers were unable to find a man who assaulted a woman at a U.S. 93 South property, which resulted in the woman requiring medical treatment for lacerations to her face.

A Fourth Avenue East man reported a neighbor threatened to knock his door down and hit him after he asked a woman with the neighbor to pay back the money she owed him.

A suspicious woman was reported in the emergency room of the Kalispell Regional Medical Center trying to get prescription medications before jumping into a vehicle that had been circling the parking lot and leaving the area.

A man was arrested for theft and on two active warrants after a promotional Jagermeister surfboard was reported stolen from a First Avenue West bar that was going to be used in a raffle.

A pair of men dressed in camouflage wearing helmets and boots and carrying a big rifle were reported walking down Kelly Road.

A fed-up Third Avenue East North woman reported someone keeps driving from Oregon Street down the sidewalk and through her yard, and that it had happened three times so far. She worried that her underground sprinklers and those of her neighbors would be damaged.

A First Avenue West man reported his drunk girlfriend spit on him, punched him in the face and slammed a door on his hand.

A man was arrested for partner or family member assault at a U.S. 93 South hotel.

A report of a young teen boy trying to hide from a motorist in the entrance of a West Nevada Street school turned out to be a pair of people hanging out and trying to stay out of the snow.

A concerned resident reported a shed on Fourth Avenue West containing at least 10 cats, which they thought was a lot for a very small area.

Several mailboxes were knocked over on Airport Road.

Columbia Falls Police Department officers arrested a man on Ninth Street West.
