Neil Creighton of Agro Tech unrolls an erosion-control blanket Tuesday afternoon on a hill along Hutton Ranch Road behind Hutton Ranch Plaza. The blankets, made of a mixture of straw and shredded coconut, are helping prevent the erosion of a berm directing runoff water to the proper retention pond.
