Rick 'Gramps' Hartman, 81

Rick “Gramps” Hartman, 81, of Hungry Horse passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2013.

Rick is survived by his wife, Karie Hartman; and children, Mike, Dianne, Roberta, Stacy, Sandra, Donna, Rhonda and David.

Rick served over 22 years in the Army, achieving the rank of master sergeant. He received many medals, and survived the Korean and Vietnam wars.

A funeral service will be held for Rick at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 6 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1780 Talbott Road, in Columbia Falls. There will be a visitation one hour prior to services. Burial will follow services at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia Falls.

Arrangements are entrusted to Columbia Mortuary.
