Clear Skies is STAR 5

Montana Gov. Steve Bullock recognized Lori Adams and Clear Skies Child Care/Preschool of Whitefish on Monday during the STARS Conference in Helena. Clear Skies is the first child-care provider in Montana to achieve the STAR 5 level.
