Registration open for Whitefish theater camps
Registration is now open for Whitefish Theatre Company’s summer camps.
The nonprofit theater company will offer four one-week camps in July at the O’Shaughnessy Center in Whitefish.
Children entering first and second grades will create their own “Snow Show” using dynamic theater games and stories, while children entering third and fourth grades will do an original adaptation of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarves” that they create on their own.
Older youths entering fifth through eighth grades will be introduced to language of the Bard, as they explore “Shakespeare Set Free” in an engaging and alluring new way. Finally, young actors entering kindergarten can discover what it is like to be on stage in “Adventures in Theatre,” a fun-filled camp focusing on imagination and movement.
Each camp culminates in a short performance for family and friends.
Class size is limited in all sessions.
Registrations received before June 1 will receive a tuition discount. Registration forms are available at www.whitefishtheatreco.org.
