POLSON — Polson wrapped up regular season and Northwestern A divisional volleyball play Friday night by defeating Libby 25-17, 25-19, 25-20.

Chloie Huerta led the Pirates in kills (16) and blocks (four).

Polson swept the season series with the Loggers.

“We played steady ball, we went at them at the very beginning,” Polson coach Jan Toth said.

“We worked on our offense, pounded the ball and forced them to make mistakes and they did that. And we blocked better. That made a big difference.”

Polson hosts the two-day Northwestern A divisional tournament, which begins next Friday.
