The Montana Gospel Music Association hosts a Southern gospel quartet in concert tonight.
The LeFevre Quartet, based out of Gainesville, Ga., performs at 7 p.m. at the Christian Center, 255 Summit Ridge Drive, Kalispell.
In 1921, the original LeFevre Trio began traveling and singing across the country and quickly set the standard for quality and professionalism in what would become known as Southern gospel music.
Today the group includes Mike LeFevre, baritone; Jordan LeFevre, lead; Thomas Nalley, tenor; and Randy Byrd, bass. Michael Lott plays the piano for LeFevre.
There is no admission charge to the concert. An offering will be taken.
