A Great Falls church will offer online services for the deaf starting Dec. 1.

Christ Lutheran Church for the Deaf will live-stream worship services and Bible studies.

The Internet offering was made possible by a grant from the Montana District Lutheran Women’s Missionary League.

“Being able to broadcast video is [a] great way to reach deaf people who communicate with a visual language that can be best shared in this way,” Pastor Steven Schlund said in a news release.

Schlund conducts all services and Bible studies in American Sign Language.

Live video streaming will be available at http://deaf.peacelutherangreatfalls.org. For more information, contact Schlund at (406) 761-7343 or peacepastor@bresnan.net.

Those who prefer to attend services in person are welcome at worship services for the deaf at 6 p.m. Mondays at Trinity Lutheran Church.

The church is located at 400 W. California St., Kalispell. For more information, call 257-5683.
