Glacier No. 2, Flathead No. 5 in volleyball poll

The Glacier volleyball team is the second-ranked team in the state in the most recent edition of the Montana Class AA coaches poll. Flathead is ranked No. 5.

The Wolfpack (5-0 Western AA, 11-2 overall) beat both the Bravettes and Missoula Sentinel and lost on the road at Lake City in Coeur d’Alene in a busy week. Glacier sits behind only Billings Senior (5-0 Eastern AA, 17-0 overall) in the standings, the Pack’s only loss in state. Billings Skyview (4-0, 13-3) and Bozeman (3-2, 9-3) follow the Pack in Nos. 3 and 4, respectively.

Flathead (4-2, 6-5) recovered from its crosstown loss to sweep Missoula Hellgate on the road and jump back in the poll after a week away.
