Harvest at the Community Garden

Nelli Difort of Kalispell harvests carrots from her plot at the community garden on Hawthorn Avenue in Kalispell Thursday afternoon. Difort will be taking some of the harvest to the Flathead Food Bank. When gardeners produce more food than they can use, they are encouraged to take the excess to the food bank.
