Artists invited to be in members show

Artists: The deadline to enter the Bigfork Museum of Art and History’s Holiday Members Art Show and Sale is approaching.

Members may enter their artwork from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 23. The show is open to all members of the museum working in all media, including but not limited to oil, watercolor, fiber, batik, silk, wood, clay and bronze.

Anyone may become a member and participate in the show. To become a member, pay a $40 fee, which can be paid when you enter.

Cost to enter the show is $15 for two entries. The museum will receive 40 percent of all sales. If the works are not for sale, an additional $5 will be assessed the entry.

The members show is the last show of 2013 and is a favorite among the holiday crowds. The show will run from Nov. 29 to Jan. 11. Entry forms are available on the museum website at www.bigforkmuseum.org.
