Soccer: Bengals beat Braves, Bravettes

HELENA — Flathead held a 1-0 halftime lead on Helena High, but the Bengals rallied with two goals in the final half to claim a 2-1 Western AA boys soccer victory on Friday.

Andrew Wilson scored for Flathead (1-9-2) at 32 minutes.

In girls play, Helena High rolled over the Bravettes (7-4-1) 3-0.

Flathead will compete in state play-in matches next week. The state tournament will take place in Helena Oct. 31-Nov. 2.
