Kalispell woman dies in Evergreen crash

A Kalispell woman died following a crash on U.S. 2 East in Evergreen Wednesday afternoon.

The 67-year-old woman was T-boned at the intersection of U.S. 2 and Sager Lane in front of Super 1 Foods at approximately 12:20 p.m., according to Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Jason Fetterhoff. She was transported to Kalispell Regional Medical Center with unknown injuries, to which she later succumbed.

The driver of the other vehicle was uninjured.

Evergreen Fire Rescue and the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the crash, which remains under investigation.
