Counselors offer help with Obamacare

Flathead Valley residents looking for help with Obamacare can drop in at the Flathead County Library in Kalispell on three upcoming days.

Counselors from the Flathead City-County Health Department will be at the library to answer questions and provide one-on-one guidance on the new Affordable Care Act and the Health Insurance Marketplace at HealthCare.gov.

Stop by at the following times:

v Wednesday, Oct. 30 —10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

v Monday, Nov. 4 — 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

v Monday, Nov. 18 — 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Library staff can assist the public with basic navigation of HealthCare.gov, but only certified counselors are allowed to provide guidance. The health department now has three certified counselors on staff.
