Woman jailed after stabbing

A 33-year-old woman is in jail after allegedly stabbing a 60-year-old woman in Polson Sunday.

Polson police responded to the Lakeview Village Apartments at 2:28 a.m. after receiving a report of a stabbing. They arrested Emilie Angel Yellowowl, who was preliminarily charged with felony counts of assault with a weapon and criminal endangerment.

The victim was transported to St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula.
