A company truck stolen in a major burglary at Glacier Stone Supply over the weekend has been found.

Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry said the Ford F-450 service truck was found abandoned in the parking lot of the Evergreen Boys and Girls Club after a person who heard about the burglary saw it and called his office.

“Numerous tools were removed from the storage compartments of the truck, but apparently it didn’t have any significant damage,” Curry said.

The company initially reported the total value of lost items was about $100,000. With the recovery of the truck, Curry said the remaining items missing are valued at roughly $43,000. Among those items are welders, air compressors, cordless power tools, chain saws, and hand tools.

The sheriff’s office has no substantial leads so far according to Curry, but detectives continue to investigate the crime.
