2014 job fair to feature more than 70 employers
Job seekers or people considering career changes will have an opportunity to network with over 70 employers actively seeking applicants for job openings at the 2014 Flathead Valley Job Fair.
The job fair is April 16 in the Arts and Technology Building at Flathead Valley Community College.
The event will open for veterans and their families at noon and then open for the general public from 12:30 to 4 p.m. It is free and ideal for individuals seeking full-time, part-time or seasonal employment.
Job seekers are encouraged to dress professionally, bring copies of their resumes and be prepared to be interviewed.
The college and the Flathead Job Service will offer a series of free job fair preparation courses for job seekers in April.
Some courses offered include resume and applications assistance, interview training and computer fundamentals. For the full list of offerings, visit www.fvcc.edu/fvjobfair.
All job fair parking will be at the Kidsports Complex west of U.S. 93 off Four Mile Drive.
