For those who want a premium viewing opportunity for the Mountain Madness Air Show, a box seating section will be available during the show Aug. 30-31.

Box seats will include a chair, shade, easy access to the concessions, restrooms, and the best views of the various air-show performances, especially the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds.

Other acts include the Will Allen Air Shows, Iron Eagle Aerobatic Team, Pietsch Aircraft, Super Shockwave Jet Truck, Gordon Bowman-Jones and George Cline.

The box seats can be purchased for $40 a seat online or at the gate. There will be total of 1,400 seats available each day.

“The box seats will offer a chance for spectators to enhance their experience by sitting up front and center in a comfortable spot,” said Chris Parson, director of the Mountain Madness Air Show. “We wanted to provide spectators with a place to rest and a piece of shade without compromising their view of the show.”

Regular-priced one-day tickets are $20 for adults or $15 for children ages 5-12 if purchased in advance. At the gate, tickets will cost $25 and $20.

The Mountain Madness Air Show, presented by the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce, will be held at Glacier Park International Airport.
