Second Street to close in Whitefish

East Second Street in the Armory neighborhood of Whitefish will be closed from the alley east of Larch Avenue to Wild Rose Lane starting Monday, Aug. 18, through Sunday, Aug. 31.

The scheduled closure is for the installation of a new Cow Creek box culvert that will improve water flows and fish passage.

Residents east of this closure will need to use alternate routes to access downtown Whitefish.
