Daily Inter Lake, Kalispell, c. 1915-1918

The Daily Inter Lake was located at 131 First Avenue East from 1891 to 1931. The building was converted from this wood building to brick in 1919. The paper was founded in Demersville as a weekly in 1889 by. C.O. Ingalls and moved to Kalispell in 1891. It became a daily newspaper in 1908. (Courtesy of Stumptown Historical Society)
