Lorie Hafer, Kalispell Public Schools assistant food service director, throws her dough in the air as she learns how to prepare homemade bread and pizza crust from Kalispell Regional Medical Center Chef Seth Bostick at the Kalispell Central Kitchen on Wednesday. The training of Kalispell and Bigfork bakers was part of a commitment to use local food products and increase cooking from scratch.
