Tree Top Theif

A tree with its top removed mars the symmetry of the row of 30 trees that line the property of Roy and Barbara Albertus on Friday, December 12, east of Kalispell. The first 24 of the 16 foot trees were planted 7 years ago, with the final six being planted the next year. To replace the damaged tree Albertus will have to pay $300. (Brenda Ahearn/Daily Inter Lake)
