Martha Zavadil, 85

After a long illness, Martha Zavadil passed away on Dec. 25, 2014, while being visited and comforted by family members at the Immanuel Care Facility in Kalispell.

Martha was preceded in death by son, Mark; daughter, Mary Claire; and her brothers, Jack and Jim. 

Martha is survived by her husband, Robert; daughter, Anne; sons, Danny, Kevin and Matt; and her sister, Pat. 

Martha deeply loved and treasured her children. When her children left home, she became a substitute teacher to many children in the Flathead Valley. Throughout her life, Martha loved needlework and became an accomplished quilter. 

Martha had requested to be cremated.
