Frank Willis, 63

Frank was surrounded by his family when he passed away early in the morning on Jan. 29, 2014, “to go and be with the Lord.”

Frank was born Sept. 28, 1950.

He was a former Army Ranger in the 75th Division. He served three tours in Vietnam, leaving a highly decorated team leader. He went on to become a Washington state trooper.  

He was a man of great strength and dignity.

He leaves behind his wife, DeLisa; mother-in-law, Jonnie; brother, Gary and wife, Laura; sister, Sharon and husband, Don; son, Justin and wife, Tess; daughters, Shannon and Kimberly; stepdaughters, Amanda and husband, Chad, and Stacia; and grandchildren, Lane, Chase, Allie, Reece and Aspen.  

No services are planned.  

A brick laying ceremony at the Vietnam Memorial will be planned as weather permits.
