<p>Natasha Sieler, left, talks with Nic Salois of the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office and Jeff Hawkins of the Montana Highway Patrol after her vehicle slid off Whitefish Stage Road north of Kalispell on Tuesday afternoon. Sieler said this is the first time she has ever ended up in a ditch. Sieler was northbound but crossed over the southbound lane and off the road. Whitefish Stage Road has been extremely slick since Saturday.</p>

<p><strong>Firefighters from</strong> Kalispell, Evergreen and Smith Valley turned out to deal with a garage fire Friday morning on Sixth Avenue West in Kalispell. </p>

<p>The Duford family legacy will continue at First Resort Clothing after Jim Duford steps down at the end of the month as owner-manager of the Polson Main Street Store. Duford’s daughter Tali Duford-Barron will take over the store from her father.</p><p></p>
