Ruby Delora Beyer, 93

Ruby Delora Beyer, 93, formerly of Kalispell, passed away at Big Sky Assisted Living Home in Butte.

She was born in South Dakota. She migrated to Helena during World War II where she met Norman Beyer, married and raised five children.

Ruby had a passion for her family, gardening, dancing and baking. She was active in Eastern Star and was the president of the Kalispell election board for a number of years. She was outgoing and no matter where she went, everyone loved her.

The family extends a special thank you to her son, Rene Beyer, who took care of her.

Her son, two daughters, two in-laws, seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren survive her. Her immediate family and in-laws are Rene Beyer of Butte and his wife Lougeina Beyer; her daughter, Camille Williams, of Anchorage, Alaska, and her husband, Barry Williams; and her daughter, Coleen Jones, of Covington, Wash.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Beyer in 2001; her daughters, Delores Federspiel in 1985, and Barbara Brooks in 2006.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday at C.E. Conrad Memorial Cemetery.  

Duggan Dolan Mortuary of Butte has been entrusted with arrangements.
