A Whitefish woman has been sentenced to four years in prison for her involvement in the rape of a 15-year-old baby sitter in 2011.

Nadine Lyons Hubble, 22, was sentenced in Flathead District Court in June to 15 years in the Montana State Women’s Prison with 11 years suspended. She must complete the sexual offender program before she is eligible for parole.

Lyons Hubble had pleaded guilty to felony sexual assault for molesting the baby sitter on Nov. 17, 2011. Her then-husband, Kory Hubble, 25, raped the girl.

The couple provided marijuana and alcohol to the teenage girl, then molested and raped her.

Lyons Hubble said that she had fallen asleep breastfeeding and was awakened by a naked Hubble, who led her to a back room where the victim was. Then Hubble raped the girl and Lyons Hubble molested her.

Hubble pleaded guilty to felony sexual intercourse without consent and was sentenced March 20 to five years in the Montana State Prison with no possibility of parole, followed by 15 years of probation.

Hubble also was ordered to complete phase one of the state’s sex offender treatment program and was designated a Tier I sex offender, indicating the lowest risk of committing another sexual offense.
