Two men killed in Rocky Boy crash
HELENA — Two men were killed in a single-vehicle crash near Rocky Boy on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation.
The Montana Highway Patrol says the men were westbound on Upper Box Elder Road at about 6:25 a.m. Wednesday when their vehicle drifted off the right side of the road. The driver pulled back onto the road and the car spun into the ditch, went airborne and came to rest in the ditch.
Both men were ejected.
The Holland and Bonine Funeral Home identified the victims as 22-year-old Lathine WindyBoy and 19-year-old Jerod Coffee, both of Rocky Boy.
The patrol is still trying to determine who was driving.
