Clancy leads State Women's Am golf tourney by 1 shot
BILLINGS — Kyla Clancy of Park City, a junior at the University of Montana, shot a 3-over 75 for a 1-shot lead on Dorsey Addicks of Gallatin Gateway and Katy Peterson of Glendive at the 97th annual Montana State Women’s Amatuer and Senior Women’s Amateur golf tournament Thursday at Yellowstone Country Club on Thursday.
Cathie Williamson and Morgan Lee, both of Great Falls, opened with 77s to round out the top five. Libby’s Jackie Mee shot an 82, good for ninth place.
The tournament ends Saturday.
