Dr. Smalley

Dr. Smalley joined Dr. Horner’s practice in December 2013. Originally from Columbia Falls, Dr. Smalley is privileged to be able to return to practice in the Flathead Valley. He is a graduate of Montana State University and Pacific University College of Optometry.

Dr. Smalley has received certification from the national Board of Education in Optometry to diagnose and manage eye diseases. He is qualified to diagnose ocular conditions including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.

Dr. Smalley enjoys working with his patients individually to determine the best methods of optical correction for each patient. He prides himself on thorough explanations and education tailored to each patients individual needs to increase their understanding of their ocular health.

Dr. Smalley is also a co-managing doctor for laser eye surgery and will work closely with any surgical center to provide quality post-operative care.
