BOZEMAN (AP) — A Livingston man on probation for a 2001 fatal drunken driving crash is charged with violating his probation after a recent aggravated DUI arrest.

Aaron Kent Holsinger, 33, was arrested for the probation violation on May 28 and posted a $50,000 bond Tuesday after denying the violation during a District Court hearing in Bozeman.

In 2001, Holsinger pleaded guilty to negligent homicide for the death of 22-year-old Gina Erickson of Amsterdam. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison with all but six months suspended.

Holsinger was arrested for aggravated DUI in Park County in mid-April and has pleaded not guilty. On May 6, the Gallatin County attorney’s office filed a petition to revoke Holsinger’s suspended sentence.
