Climate change: Just who is manipulating the facts?

Scaremongering and demagoguery have reached a new global fevered pitch thanks to Johnny-come-lately Kerry — the newly appointed drama queen “climate change” guru... a la Al Gore.

Pontificating in Indonesia a few months ago, Mr. Kerry said;

“The science (of man-made climate change) is unequivocal, and those who refuse to believe it are simply burying their heads in the sand... In a sense, climate change can now be considered the world’s largest weapon of mass destruction, perhaps even, the world’s most fearsome weapon of mass destruction.”

So “climate change” is now officially “a weapon of mass destruction” — more “fearsome” than a nuclear armed Iran?

Someone please tell me I’m dreaming.

What is truly fearsome about that statement is that we now officially live in an age where all the king’s men know more than anyone else does about anything and everything. They even know more than the sum total of Divine wisdom contained in the universe. Yes, that’s right. global man-made “climate change [is] a weapon of mass destruction.”

But we’ll get to that one a little later.

We the brainwashed dumbed-down masses hold this “truth” to be self-evident, that the administration’s reasoning and “facts” are beyond dispute. If you dare challenge them, you are an idiot, a moron, an “extreme ideologue,” who is dumb enough to believe in a flat Earth... because you probably watch a flat-screen TV.... or maybe you just live in the Flathead.

But just how is the “science” of man-made “climate change” unequivocal and unquestionable, Mr. Kerry? The only thing true about anything Mr. Kerry said is that... yes... the climate is changing. Yes, believe it or not, earthlings, the Earth’s climate has changed over millions of years and it will continue to change tomorrow. Beyond that, everything else Mr. Kerry said is quite questionable, because it is driven by an extreme utopian socialist agenda.

If man-made climate change is a “weapon of mass destruction,” then ask yourself who is using that weapon for what, and why? A weapon is not some nebulous unintended result of human activity times the population of the planet, because that would imply that we are all accidentally homicidal for just living, eating, drinking and breathing the air. Second, a weapon, even a weapon of mass destruction has an intended target. Does China have nuclear weapons aiming up at the sky just hoping that the warheads will randomly kill millions “somewhere over there” when they detonate? No, the Chinese have their nukes aimed at very specific American cities.

Speaking of China, the People’s Republic of Pollution is the biggest burner of coal on the planet, and much of that coal is exported to them from us here in Montana and Wyoming. To borrow a line from Hillary, “What difference does it make?” Answer: It doesn’t. No, it actually doesn’t make any difference to the atmosphere if China burns the coal over there, or we burn it here, other than the resulting pollution is so bad in Beijing from their smokestack incinerators, you can’t safely breath the air for more than a few minutes. So Mr. Kerry, why do you “bury your head in the sand” while America ships millions of tons of coal to Asia every year, coal that is causing what you call unequivocal, irrefutable climate change .. climate change so reprehensible that it amounts to... a weapon of (gasp!) mass destruction?

It may come as a shock to the millions of climatologists who voted for Obama, but the Earth is presently in an interglacial period. That means the climate is actually warmer now than it was prior to the enormous amounts of hot air released into the atmosphere from Obama’s last presidential campaign. But that wasn’t the case 12,000 years ago at the end of the last ice age. Science does not have a definitive answer as to why the last ice age ended and the earth warmed 12,000 years ago, any more than science can tell us exactly why there have been four ice ages prior to the last one.

How does an ice age start if humans aren’t around to cause climate change? How did all those ice ages end if China wasn’t around to release enough carbon dioxide into the atmosphere to warm the planet and melt the mile high sheet of ice that once covered half the northern hemisphere? How and why did dinosaurs, mammoths and saber-tooth tigers become extinct if man-made climate change wasn’t around to kill them off? How would humans be able to survive tomorrow if John Kerry didn’t go to Indonesia yesterday to tell the planet exactly what to think and how to behave today?

Climate change occurs from different levels of naturally occurring methane, C02 or even water in the atmosphere. Climate change happens with shifts in the jet stream and ocean currents. Changes can occur in the Earth’s orbit around the sun, in the tilt of the Earth towards the sun, in the wobble of the earth as it rotates on it axis, in the Earth’s magnetic field, from increased volcanic activity warming the oceans or throwing dust and gas into the atmosphere, from bombardment by meteors, or ultimately, (and this is a real shocker...) climate change can actually occur from solar cycles that increase or decrease the amount of solar radiation hitting the Earth.

But don’t tell any of that to John Kerry. He has a very bad case of Indonesia.

So yes, its true. The climate is changing. But it’s also true that if you tell a lie often enough, people will believe it, especially if they are demonized for even questioning the king’s men. Yes, the lie of man-made climate change is a weapon... a weapon of mass-media destruction. And its intended target is you and me. Make no mistake, we the people are in the cross-hairs of a Chicken Little campaign to usher in global socialism by manipulation so irrefutable, so undeniable, so “unequivocal,” that only an extreme flat earth Neanderthal would object to it.

So ultimately, Mr Kerry, I agree. “We should not allow shoddy scientists and extreme ideologues to compete with scientific facts.”

But then that all depends on who the “extreme ideologue” is that is  manipulating those “facts,” and for what tyrannical reasons, now doesn’t it?
