Man threatens a neighborhood
An angry resident of a Mitchell Way neighborhood was called in to the Columbia Falls Police Department after he became threatening to all around him, saying he was going to kill them all and burn down their houses. The reporting party was frightened; officers found the threatening man had a history of problems with law enforcement.
A Schwinn mountain bike was reported missing from a garage.
A Martha Road resident was locked out of her house and believed that someone was inside. The caller said that the door can only be locked from the outside with a key and she had not locked her house. She found alternate housing for the night.
One man’s erratic behavior, running from a vehicle into an apartment, raised suspicions and a caller believes that the person has something to do with drug dealing.
Whitefish Police Department received a report of loud music coming from an alley that woke up the caller. The music had been silenced by the time officers arrived.
An intoxicated person was belligerent toward a caller, who asked only that a group in a Spokane Avenue residence be quiet. The group was advised to “keep it down.”
