Woman drives like she's playing pinball

There was a report to Kalispell Police of a reckless woman driving a vehicle into another vehicle, then a light pole and then nearly hitting a person in a grocery store parking lot on U.S. 2. The woman was soon after arrested for drunk driving.

A caller on Saturday reported a man getting beat up by another man on a lawn on South Main Street.

A man carrying a gun on his hip raised concerns at a store on Hutton Ranch Road.

A teenage boy was caught shoplifting at a store on Hutton Ranch Road.

Early Sunday, at about 12:30 a.m., there was a report of a woman assaulting a bouncer at a bar on U.S. 93 South.

There was a report of a bicycle being stolen from a residence on Third Avenue East.

A woman was cited for shoplifting from a store on U.S. 93 South.

There was a report of an unruly man breaking a car window with his head at a location on Second Avenue West.

In a road rage incident on West Idaho Street, one driver started pounding on another driver’s window and ended up breaking it.

There was a report of a suspicious person who keeps approaching neighbors on First Street West and asking them for money.

There was a report of a woman refusing to leave a hotel on U.S. 93 South. The woman was instructed to leave and not return.

Monday morning, a man was arrested at a location on Ninth Street East after he failed a mandatory daily breath test.

A woman calling from a Sixth Street West residence reported that someone drove a vehicle through her fence sometime Sunday night.

There was a a report of items being stolen from a business on North Meridian Road sometime during the weekend.

 

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office got a report Sunday from a man who said he found some of his jewelry that had been pawned by his girlfriend who is currently in jail.

A woman calling from a residence on U.S. 2 in Evergreen reported that she had an altercation with a man who punched a television set.

A woman reported finding a bag of prescription medication behind a building on Montana 35.

There was a report of an extremely intoxicated man stumbling into traffic on Conrad Drive.

A woman calling from Boon Road in the Somers area complained about the noise a neighbor was making by shooting a firearm repeatedly. The woman was advised that the county doesn’t have a noise ordinance to prohibit shooting during daytime hours.

A School Addition Road resident reported that two of his chickens had been killed, possibly by a dog.

 

Columbia Falls Police got a report Sunday about four men in a truck playing “chicken” with a BNSF train on Frontage Road.

A woman calling from a Martha Road reported the theft of some tools.

After responding to a report of a restraining order violation, an officer arrested a woman at a location on Seventh Street West.

 

Whitefish Police got a report at about 2:30 a.m. Monday regarding two men beating up a fence with baseball bats on Columbia Avenue. The reporting party turned out to be extremely intoxicated.
