<p>The ALERT helicopter lifts off Tuesday from a ski run at Whitefish Mountain Resort, carrying an injured snowmobiler. The 35-year-old woman suffered a head injury after crashing into a tree. She was transported by Big Mountain Ski Patrol to a landing zone for the helicopter. ALERT flew her to Kalispell Regional Medical Center, where she was in critical condition Wednesday.</p>
