Alexine 'Lois' Buchanan, 95

Alexine “Lois” Buchanan, 95, of Helena, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2014, in Kalispell.

Lois is survived by two daughters, Sister Ellen Marie Dolan of Omaha, Neb., and Patricia Anne (Lee) Block of Gordon, Wis.; two grandchildren, Connie Hoffman and Eddie Block; and four great-grandchildren.

A vigil service was held March 24 at Retz Funeral Home Chapel in Helena. Funeral Mass will be at noon today, March 25, at the Cathedral of Saint Helena. A reception will be held in the Brondel Center located in the lower level of the cathedral immediately following the funeral Mass. The Rite of Committal will be 2:30 p.m. today at Resurrection Cemetery.
