Dorthe L. Swinehart, 95

Dorthe L. Couch Swinehart passed away on April 4, 2014, at Prestige Assisted Living.  

Dorthe Louise Couch was born Feb. 27, 1919, to John and Jeanette Cast Couch in Cunningham, Wash.

She married Arnold Swinehart and had two children, Jon Lee Swinehart, Sr., and Dawn Marie Swinehart Hatten.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold, in September 1989; and her son, Jon, in February 2014.

She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Marie Hatten, of Klamath Falls, Ore.; her sister, Pat Thompson, of Green Valley, Ariz.; nine grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.  

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on May 10 at Cornerstone Community Church.
