Firefighters raise money to fight pediatric cancer

The Bigfork Fire Department is holding a St. Baldrick’s fundraiser for pediatric cancer from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 17, at the Bigfork Fire Department, 810 Grand Dr. in Bigfork.

People can participate by being a “shavee” and having your head shaved in a show of solidarity with children who are battling cancer and having your friends, family, employer or other organizations sponsor you.

Come up with a team of “shavees” and register on the website below to see which team raises the most money. You can also donate, either at the website or at the event.
